What are the requirements for certification with NL?Updated 3 years ago
If you want to learn to take NL Principles with you into your practice, NL Certification is a great idea and will set you on a learning journey that we believe will change the way you work with your students or clients.
Certification is $375/annually and includes NL Membership ($350 value and tons of online content), Certification fees, a Practitioner listing on the NL website, and CE hours needed to maintain certification.
There are THREE paths to certification based on where you are in your profession. NLC-P for Practitioners, NLC-EP for Equine Professionals, and NLC-P, EP for those who want dual certification.
The requirement for certification vary slightly depending on the path you are seeking but in general they require the following:
- Complete the Fundamentals of NL Training (Core or Jumpstart Level)
- Complete the NL Intensive Training (Core Level)
- Complete TWO Group Consultation series
- Complete 60 client hours while under consultation
- 8-11 individual consultations and related assignments depending on the certification path you choose
